September is Suicide Prevention Month, and a beloved Zionsville family has been working tirelessly to raise awareness and prompt much-needed dialogue and action around the topic of mental health.
In November of 2021, Zionsville residents Randy and Angie Eugenio lost their 19-year-old son Tate, who died by suicide. In 2023, inspired by Tate's love of music, they organized Music2Heal, a concert that brought together local musicians for an incredible night of music and healing. The event featured over 40 artists, hosted nearly 1,000 patrons, and raised more than $15,000 for community health organizations.
The success of the first concert inspired its return in 2024.
